CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS
When committing to an appointment time, we hold that time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held that time for us. To further assist with you keeping that appointment with us, we send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment via email 3 days prior and an SMS reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled 2 days prior to appointment will incur a loss of the $50 booking deposit, and another $50 deposit will be required to hold future bookings.
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled the day prior to appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total treatment.
Appointments rescheduled or cancelled the day of appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the total treatment.
PLEASE NOTE:

Changes must be made before 5:00 PM on the day prior. Any changes received after 5:00 PM will be considered as received the following day and will fall under the appropriate cancellation fee.

For Monday appointments, changes must be made by 12:00 PM Saturday to avoid cancellation fees, as we are closed Sundays.
These strict policies are in place to protect my business and my time. I will make certain to send you notification emails and text messages as a reminder, giving you sufficient time to reach out to me and modify or cancel your appointment without incurring any charges.
BOOKING DEPOSITS
We require all appointments to be secured with a $50 deposit payable at the time of booking.
NO SHOWS
Failing to show up will result in the full amount of treatment cost will apply and future appointments will require full prepayment.
RUNNING LATE
In the event that you are running late for your appointment, please notify the clinic immediately via text on 0450 457 408
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you can have a full service.
CONSULTATION FORMS
Clients are required to complete a New Client Consultation Form that will be sent prior to your appointment. Please ensure that you have completed and submitted the form 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
FESTIVE PERIOD CANCELLATIONS
2 days prior to appointment will incur a 𝟱𝟬% loss of treatment booked
